Independent TV Of Reliance Big Tv — set top box installation

I paid 1999/- through independent website and a pay u money gave a confirmation of payment id[protected]. However independent tv has not provided any booking id or any other serial confirmation. I called customer care and gave my information details of payment they gave me 7 to 10 days time for installation after seven days i called back to customer care again. But i got no resolution for booking and installation detail they told me to send a mail to [protected]@rbtv.in regarding this. They are not having any detail regarding my booking. Though i have no trust on these people now i need my money back, so that i can buy another dish tv set up box
