[Resolved] Independent TV — paid a year subscription, but they decreasing my channels day by day

It's totally cheating and disgusting from this worst dth company.
I had purchased independent tv before 3 months before. At the time of purchase they says all channels are free for one year but now at least half of the channels are unavailable, they decreasing my channels day by day, now all star network channels are removed.
Also distributer not given valid answer and there is no valid customer care number to know the current situation. What to do now?
I am feeling cheated... Don't buy independent tv.

All the INDEPENDENT TV customers are facing this problem. And they are taking the advantage because, TRAI only makes rules and tariffs so, it is easy for JIO to takeover the cable TV market too very soon BUT, no customer complaint mechanism at all.

Even we customers are not united to take this up unitedly. Can't we take this up in a united manner??
