Independent TV — refund of booking of dish connection

We have booked the dth services two months back and till date we are waiting for the connection installations but due the non availability of the product the installation are getting delayed.
We request you to please refund the money we have deposited with you as reliance is known for using the poor people money and getting richer.
God will definitely get the refunds from this reliance industries
God bless the poor people of india betrayed / stung by reliance industries.

GOD WILL DEFINITELY GET THE REFUNDS FROM THIS RELIANCE INDUSTRIES

Booked DTH connection on 7/1/2019 by doing a payment of Rs. 2000/, booking ID is R[protected] and customer ID is [protected], I have marked multiple mails on the customer care maid I'd also, but till date I have not got any Installation or refund against my booking, please help.
