I desperately wanted to send sweets to my husband on his birthday but the whole day passesd and no items have been delivered. While i have placed the order one day before the delivery date. While they have a special column for same day delivery. They hav assured the right time delivery. I made it clear and assured myself by calling customer support number 3 times. Order id = hifn[protected].. I will never recommend this useless website to anyone. I want the refund because indiafloristnetwork.com cannot make his birthday come again. I want refund and answer from indiafloristnetwork.com. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

    I've sent rakhi to my brother and no where while billing it's mentioned that i need to pay custom charges. When i asked about the same to customer care executive he told me that the custom duties should either be paid by sender or receiver and it is mentioned in terms and conditions. But when i opened t&c it just stated that customs needs to be paid but it is not mentioned anywhere in t&c the procedure to pay if sender wants to. When i asked the customer care executive the procedure to pay from sender he rudely answered me that i cannot do anything and also told me to transfer the amount to my brothers account if i do not want him to pay the charges. Never heard such a lame suggestion.
    I would never ever recommend this site to anyone.

      I order sweets for my mom dad anniversary and as indore is in list of cities a so they promise to deliver it by next day but now they denied and even they are not cancelling my order. It doesn't make any sense to order if anniversary is gone.
      I ask them to had a word with there seniors but they denied. Such websites are fooling customers but takeing there money and then denied to cancel order even if they don't deliver on time.
      Ask them to ban they website first by giving false information to customers.
      Please look into it an ask then to give me my money back. Why they make fake promise if they can't fulfill it.

        Order was placed on june 6, 2017. But india florist network did not deliver the item and agreed to cancel the order. Till now, no cancellation email has been received not the amount is refunded.
        I have been constantly calling and raising my concerns but there is no reply or any action taken. Truly pathetic helpline and response from them.
        These people are fake. Don't order from these guys. India florist network is fraud.

          Order for Cake Delivery was placed on 25th May. It was supposed to be delivered on 26th May in chandrapur. The cake never got delivered. I had called customer care, made complaint for the same twice between 8-9 pm on 26th May. Cake Delivery confirmation mail was sent on 7.30 pm on 26th May.
          But No cake has been delivered till today. Nobody has received it at recipients end.
          This type of fraud should be stopped immediately. The money should be refunded immediately. This is my worst experience with India Florist . You should stop cheating customers.
          On 26th customer care said they would provide the delivery receipt in 24 hrs.
          On 27th May, they are saying it would take 36 hrs.

          We had order the cake on 27th May to my fiance in jaisalmer we talk there customer care on 27th he is saying cake will deliver before 08.30 pm after than they are saying it is not possible on 28th May morning one guy is disconnecting the phone again again and he is very rude

              I have ordered online for valentines day's gift for my wife on 13.02.2017based on the information given in their site"delivery on same day".

              But the gift is still not received. My oder reference is PIFN-[protected]

              Please rectify this kind of fraud. I have asked through e mail and tried calling many times of no use...

              Even though the order value is small this kind of fraud cannot be entertained.

                I had ordered a cake for a friend's birthday on 16th October 2016 so that it could be delivered on 18th Oct, i.e. on his b'day. It was meant as a surprise gift for him. To my dismay, I received an email on 18th noon (On the supposed date of delivery) saying that they wouldn't be able to deliver the cake on that day. Also they asked me to pay an extra 300 Rupees if I wanted to deliver it on the next day! I had already paid them Rs 634 including the delivery charges! There wasn't even an option for refund. Their slow communication skills totally ruined the day. Since there weren't much options left, I paid that extra 300 bucks asking them to deliver it as soon as possible. They did deliver it, but, as slow as possible. My friend received the cake around 7 pm on the next day. One day after his b'day! And the most irritating part was the quality of the cake! After paying close to Rs 1000 and a one day delay, the cake wasn't of good quality. One could have easily bought the same at Rs 300 from bakery! I demand a refund as I feel that I've been cheated by the company.

                India Florist Network is something one should totally avoid. They offer a very poor service. Totally hopeless.

                This site is bogus please don't order from this. I order chocolate cake and received bogus cheap quality stale vanilla cake . They fool people and not refund money.

                  They give wrong information on their website and cheat people. Commitments they make are all false. Even the phone no. which is displayed is out of service.I followed up by mail and that too responded day after when its urgent also.
                  How a consumer will reach you.
                  I gave the order ( HIFN-[protected]) on 13th August 2016 for rakhi on 18th Aug. I saw on their website it can be delivered in 2-3 days to UAE also, I know it was bit late so it can be delivered one day late but if they only shipped the product on 17th August.
                  How I can expect it to be delivered close to the occasion.
                  For this case I just wish they should be asked to be more streamlined and give correct information what is reachable for them. Don't fake things

                    I have order a birthday cake and few gifts thru online on 16-Oct-2015 and I have made the payment as well(Order No: HIFN-[protected]). The recipient birth date is 28 oct.

                    Since, I ordered it on 16-Oct-2015, I was in impression that the things will be delivered on or before 28 Oct.

                    However, the things are not delivered by 28 Oct.

                    I understand that you do not give guarantee on time, but how about date?

                    Yesterday, I received this email for not delivering the cake. I called the customer care, and I was informed that the cake will be delivered by 29-Oct around 10 AM.

                    But still[protected]:30 Pm) you guys are not delivered the item. What is going on?

                    What is the use of delivering the cake after the recipient’s birth date.

                    This shows that you are not committed to customers request. I am totally disappointment

                    I have received my order. I'II take my complaint back and I suggest that they become reachable to their customers through proper support and helpline numbers so that the customers can track the status of their delivery. This will surely help them gain trust and support of their customers

                    I have placed a rakhi package gift order for kanpur and till now the order has not been delivered. Also, the amount was deducted from my debit card immediately. Their numbers are not reachable. This is a fake website and strict action needs to be taken against them!

                      This is the worst delivery I have ever had till now. Indiaforistsnetwork has the worst service ever. Here are the reasons why - 1) The cake that was showing online was blackforest and all they sent was a cheap chocolate cake which had the worst taste ever. My mom got throat infection and fever after eating the cake. 2) Delivery was requested for 16th but was done on 17th evening 4 PM which had non-fresh flowers 3) The message on the gift card was not complete. Even after calling the customer care to make sure that the senders name is specified, all they did was to send the gift without sender's name 4) The first order was put on hold since it was not main city and I had to pay extra amount. This was not intimated to me until and unless I called the customer care to check the status of the order. Worst service ever and worst cake and flowers ever delivered. I would never recommend this site to anyone. Worst part is that when I call the customer care, they talk as if they are the princess and don't respond well on the phone.                         I have ordered sweets and chocolate box from indiaflorist network on 04/09/2015 for janamashtami .I booked the order with delivery date of 05/09/2015.They accepted order and payment, but could not shipped the same.When i called for cancellation then they behaved rudely and not ready to cancel the order and also not ready to ship on time.They were saying order could not be cancel and ship only after 2-3 days .                             My husband had ordered aa bouquet and cake for indianfloristnetwork.com along with the birthday message. Order number: HIFN-[protected]. However, indianfloristnetwork.com failed to deliver the birthday message. On getting back to the customer care, which turned out to be customer harassment instead of care, Mr. Dutta on the other end was very rude and clearly told that its none of his concern and he doesn't know the vendor didn't deliver the message. Having said that, i asked to deliver the message again, but he said that he can only apologize (he apologized very rudely and told he can't do anything else other than apologizing). I told if he cant send the message then he should refund me 200 RS out of the 1200 Rs package of bouquet flower and message. To which he told in a threatening tone that i can ask the consumer court and file whatever complaint i want but he cannot do anything for the partial service provided in full cost.                               Hi, The main page of portal (www.indiafloristnetwork.com) clearly says that they deliver the gift on the same day in most of the cities ( noida is one of he city), i placed the order (PIFN-[protected]) on 27th July for birthday gift for delivery in noida assuming that it will be delivered on the same day (b'day). after placing the order i contacted so called 24*7 customer care and a lady confirmed that it will be delivered on the same day. at 04:50 pm i got a mail from www.indiafloristnetwork.com saying that it's couriered through fedex.com. they gave me a referance no to track the courier but fedex.com is showing the referance no as invalide. tried reaching the customer service several times but always got the message that all are busy ( false message). Gift not delivered on b'day and i don't have any face to show them. Morning ( 28th July) when i contatced the customer service guys told that we already couriered and track through fedex.com. and at last they doisconnected the call .Fedex.com is still showing as invalide tracking number. if i placed the order ttrough www.indiafloristnetwork.com then why should i check with fedex. why they are making fool to customers by displaying false message of same day delivery. who gave them right to play with sentiments of customers

                                I have placed the order in the website for same day delivery.But there is no response from them for two days and the third day I have got the response like order is going to be delivered.In the mean time ie for those two days i have kept on asking them about the order.Actually there is no proper customer service responses from them.The mentioned numbers are not accessible all the time.Even though if they are taking the calls , there is no correct response for the queries.By placing the order there is not only waste of money but also the precious occassions will be missed here.The true purpose o[censored]sing these kinds of modes are to celebrate the particular occassion or to preserve the particular moments.Once the occassions are missed no one will repay those again.Please check once more before placing orders in the site.(http://www.indiafloristnetwork.com/)

                                  I had placed an order through india florist network website and am sorry to say what was ordered and what came to me for delivery; there is a huge mismatch and when i refused to accept the delivery and asked the person to make the right delivery, they were rude enough to say accept if you want or the payment has already been received by us and we don't care and would not refund in any case.
                                  if this is the kind of services you promise i have paid for the services i have not received and feel cheated.
                                  there is no question i am using your services again in future and would make it a point to pin point my experience with your website where ever possible. and would also speak to my credit card company to stop the payment.

                                  I sent my brother Rakhi Gift who is in Paris, france through India Florist Network. They charged me Rs.1152 for delivery in 4-5 days. I ordered this Rakhi gift 1 month before. But still he has not received the Rakhi. When I communicated about this to INDIA FLORIST NETWORK and they told receipient to track it. When my brother tracked it they told it is scheduled to deliver on Tuesday or he has to go and collect it from DHL center, which is far from his place.

                                  This is regarding the flower and dryfruits delivery in Bangalore.

                                  I have given a delivery date as 27th August 12:00 AM for the delivery of the gift. Ordered under the field of Mid night delivery. I had called at 11:00 PM on 26th to confirm the status and he said it will be delivered at 12:15 AM and I even mentined that receipient will not be available after 04 AM please deliver it in time.. But it was not delivered in time. Then I gave call at 1:00 AM to know the status and mentioned the same... But he said will try our best.. he did not mentione dme any date problem there. And it was not delivered. For delivery he has come at 10 PM on 27th August. I have rejected the delivery because now there is no one at home and i dont want the delivery to be done at that time and I want the money back in my account. Such a worst service these people are providing and the person who talks to me teaches me the time zone saying that you should mention it as 26 AM for the 27th AM delivery. Its such worst site which demolishes all the surprises which we have planeed and worst service has been provided. This is second instance which is happeneing. I need my money back. I dont want these people to eat people money without doing the service which they need to do. After I complain he tell me the

                                        I have placed two orders for flower boquet and fruits on the October 5th, 2012 in Bangalore. I was promised that both will be delivered on the 6th October 2012. Considering there was a bandh on that day, Customer support confirmed that it will get delivered after the bandh by 8 pm. This was confirmed on email to me. Fruits were then delivered at 12 pm on October 7th, however flowers never got delivered. After repeated follow up they said, recipient has confirmed delivery of flowers. This is absolutely outrageous, neither are they sending me the POD for this order. Now they are refusing to refund the money which is INR 634. This is absolute scamming of the customers. Customer support is not even forwarding the call to their supervisors. They are just hanging up.

                                        I ordered sweets and rakhi to be delivered to Dehradun and Ahemdabad through Indiafloristnetwork.com. Website says guranteed delivery on time to these two cities. My Dehradun order was delivered one day late and Ahemdabad order was still not delivered until 2 days after rakhi. I asked them to don't deliver any more and refund my money for the Ahemdabad order. They refused to refund the money and did not deliver either. They won't respond to my emails or evern apologize for their rotten service. These people should be banned from advertising and luring innocent customers into ordering from them because all they do is take your money and they don't keep there end of the bargain. Indiafloristnetwok.com is a scam and nobody should use it.
