I order a birthday present for my friend from this website. And request to deliver it at 1'clock but they didn't deliver it.
I placed my order 3 day before. Now i want my money back it terms not satisfying by their service.

Indiafloristnetwork.com — Providing Pathetic serrvice.

Hi placed an order to deliever to pune on 17th July . I receievd an confirmation mail from indiafloristnetwork.com that they have recieved my request. Then i contacted to their executive and they convienced me that my order(chockelete and flowers) will get deliever on 17th july 2009. I provide them receipients alternate number as well. But the whole day gone they didnt delievered it ...neither they called to me or to the receipient. I called them again next day(18thuly 2009) 4 times and everytime some other executive is picking the call and conviencing me to deliever it but no results.
Also It has to be noted that they have already updated the status of the order on their system as 'Delievered' ( even it was not).
when i talked to them on 18th july then they said they will try to deliever it within 1-2 hrs on 18th July(although order was of 17th July). Now I am writing this complain on 18th July(6 hrs have already gone after talking with them in the morning). I just talked with one of their executive and her attitude was disgusting and Pathhetic that she was not listening to me but was repeating only one thing that ' they will try to deliever it as soon as possible'. Her Unproffiosonal attitude affected me much that i've decided not to go for this network anytime in future. These gift which we send to our dearones are worthy if they gets delieved within some time period. But this network is fail to send it even on next day. I got really frustrated by this service. I speneded money on my many calls to calcutta(their office) as they didnt call me to update the status of order.
I hope some alternate quality service must exists which will not be like indiafloristnetwork.com.

      Hi,
      I ordered two rakhi sets worth Rs.1350 each from two different websites- RakhiWorldwide.com and IndiaFloristNetwork.com. The rakhis were set to be delivered on 28th July, 2012; four days before Raksha Bandhan. The rakhis were to be delivered to my two brothers in USA. However, raksha bandhan came and went; and the rakhis were never delivered; though the money was cut from my account that evening itself.
      It is only when I checked the contact us page I realized, they were hoax. There was no address, no name, only a mobile number which i could never get through. And when I did get through, a recording asked me to leave a voice message which an agent would respond to within a day. I got no call back. I could never speak to an agent. No one replied to my mails.
      Now, I want justice. To make money, dupe people out of an auspicious occassion like Raksha Bandhan is inhuman.

        Sir,
        I placed an order of Rakhi and some sweets on indiafloristnetwork.com on 31 Jul 12 with Order No HIFN- [protected], payment ID- [protected] and cost Rs 1588.00. The Order was to be delivered on 01 Aug 12. But it has not been delivered by 03 Aug 12. I also tried on their helpline No [protected], but it is always busy and if by chance got connected then in waiting only. I was not able to talk to any customer care executive. Their is no other email or no is provided in their website.

        On the date of order I got a mail from them that my order has been processed and shipping No will be forwarded to me to tracking. It has also not been sent to me till date. I request you to take up my case with the authorities and to the needful. I would also like to warn other to be alert from this fraud site.

          I ordered one Rakhi gift for my sister to be delivered in Nagpur. The site never delivered the gift. The order number as below

          The ate my money also. Customer care number is always busy and if by luck you get the number then it will be logn waiting and no one will speak to you. They will ask you to leave a voice message. We are unfortunate that we are in India otherwise these type of frauds would have been imprisoned elsewhere.

            Respected Sir/ Madam,

            i Had ordered a Timex Watch for my Mother to be delivered on Mother day through http://www.indiafloristnetwork.com/ bearing order number IFN-105201​28617046 on 10th May. I was charged 1418 through CC avenue the mail which has been attached. On 11th May i got another email with the Consignment Note No. EW[protected]IN of SPEED POST Courier. But till date the delivery has not been done and they keep saying that it will be delivered soon. I called this STD number [protected] of indiafloristnetwork multiple times and wasted a lot of money having to call and speak to someone but get no proper info. Even the speedpost courier does not give relevant information on their website http://services.ptcmysore.gov.in/Speednettracking/Track.aspx. Kindly do the needful in this regards and please check if this is a fraudelent company as i have seen similar complaints online to this portal.

              With reference to the booking Id below - i have made the payment but the flowers have not been delivered. Please investigate further and block this site and vendor as there are other complaints on them as well. They seem to be cheating people.                 I Completely agree with you as the same happened with me today ...

                Non delivery of product
                I had placed an order on indiafloristnetwork.com for a cake which was scheduled to be delivered on 23-sep-2011, But got to know that it has not reached till now and now I received an email that the same would never be delivered.
                Dear Consumer Team,

                Same issues has occured with me, I placed an order with indiafloristnetwork website for velentine to my wife at bharuch and dated was 13/Feb/2012 time Between 11:30AM - 12:00PM but still not received yet. Please take a major action on them and cancel their website ASAP so that no one can be ditched with their fraud.

                  My order comprised of 1 rasagoola tin 1kg with roses, 1 greeting card and 2 Mylar ballons.Allthe items waere delivered but only 1 Mylar ballons delivered instead of 2.
                  I would like the second ballloon to be delivered as early as possible or refund the amunt charged for the same

                    I had placed an order (order No: FN-[protected]) for Mothers day with www.indiafloristnetwork.com on Saturday 7th of May at 9:30 am. The website has guaranteed delivery on Mothers day i.e. 8th of May. But unfortunately they did not keep up the promise. I followed up for the delivery with the Merchant on 8th of may evening around 9PM and had told them if it is not delivered on 8th May please cancel My order. The merchant assured that the order will reach on 8th itself. But today it is 9th of May and till now the gift is not reached and i dont want the gift any more as the ocassion is already gone. I once again requested the merchant to cancel the order but he is saying it is already in way and hence cannot cancel. I have asked the receipient not to receive the order as it is not delivered as promised. Now I want my money back for the placed order. Please help me in this regard. Please let me know if further details are required.

                        This is the mail which i got from website. but nw, when i called them they just asked me that they will not deleiver the item.
                        and they refused to pay my money, because the person who was there attending the call replied me that he is from call center only. so he dont knw about the cash back system.

                        Indiafloristnetwork.com — delivered lesser quantity and sent other item in place of the order given

                        an order was placed to them vide order No,HIFN[protected] for which Rozin khan paid $ 55.70 or Rs.2896/-.The order was for plum cake of 1 Kg.but they delivered of 600 gram i.e. less 400/ gram. Further the order was for 1 Kg. Dryfruits for Almonds,raisin,casheunut,wall nuts and pistachio but they delivered raisin, almonds,casheu and appricot. There was no order for appricot which is a cheaper item.Instead of wallnut and pistachio they delivered appricoat.These itmes were delivered to me as gift from my nearer and dearer.The company has cheated like anything.The cake theyy delivered is worth of Rs.200/- while they charged Rs.1565/- for that.Besides this they have not delivered full quaantity for which the order was placed.On compalint they told they have delivered 1kg. cake which is far from facts.In case of dry fruits they have not replied and trying to avoid their responsibilty.
                        An action must be initiated so that they may not befool the public.

                        Before placing the order I had called up the customer care and checked whether the cake can be delivered and upon their confirmation only I placed the order.

                        On 23rd Sep when i found out the gift was not delivered i tried calling their customer care.many times they are not picking the call and it is going to the voice mail.Even some one picks the call they are still assuring delivery even at 1:00 PM.Then finally the did not deliver that. At 1:30 I received an email that the same can not be delivered and I have to choose some other item to get it delivered.

                        So i want this fake website should be punished for adopting unfair practice of business and for harassing me.They have only a contact number i.e +91 [protected] mentioned in their website, even they do not have any contact address.

                        Looking forward to a strict and immediate action against such fake websites.

                            I had ordered for "12 Red Roses with Cadbury Chocolate Celebration Assorted Pack" online to be delivered on 10th Feb 2010 in Pune , but it was never delivered. I did try to call the customer care number provided by the site , but it says, please check the number and its not reachable.

                            you can imgine the agony caused

                            black forest cake, flower bouqet and cart is cost of Rs.990/-all this i had ordered but not deliver upto now.pack on line send on 10thjuly2010.but it was not deliver upto now, i call customer services but not anser asking for product sending number but i didnt get number, today 10th july 2010 at time 1130am indian time, from ritadh to pune.with all payment information came with succcess result and with my card number8010. so i want refund, no use of sending cake, flowers and card.

                              I am Meenakshi Mehta and i have made an Order on India florist network on 04/08/2009.
                              I have ordered Rakhi for my brother and it was not delivered. The reason given to me by India florist is that they made an attempt for delivery 02 times and the door was locked.

                              During the festival my family was at home and never it was left empty. While making the order I have given my brothers number and they didn’t even call my brother. They did not even send me any mail regarding the same. When I queried on their site he told me that they have done attempts and they will not give me anything.

                              I have paid Rs712 online by my cerdit card and I have not got anything. Now they have stopped even responding my emails. It seems India florist is fraud company..
                              They have spoiled my festival and caused me mental trama and now they have taken my money and not delivered my order and not willing to refund my money also.

                              Please help me and other with these fraud organization.

                              I had ordered some flowers (order no: cof-[protected]) to be delivered to my friend in Chennai. The delivery was supposed to be made on the next day (my friend's b'day), I was told that it will be delivered before 8 PM . Later, I was asked to pay an extra amount towards the delivery since the recepient address is a bit far from the city, I even paid that extra amount. I was waiting till 9 PM and called them up again, they were very casual in replying me that it will not be delivered on that day due to some very very silly reasons and assured me that it will be delivered in the morning around 9 AM. They again broke their promise! it was not delivered on the second day too. The customer care is not at all responding to my calls and emails from then on!

                              From such a froud site I am not expecting any response. I just want to aware people about these fake sites.My brother who is in france got Rakhi on 17th of Aug, which was scheduled for 10th of Aug. And he had to pay 14 Euro for damaged parcel. Earlier too I raised this complaint. My brother has also raised a complain for this to courier service provided by Florist network and according to him:

                              Reference to DHL tracking no. [protected].

                              1. I received my package on 17.08 instead of scheduled delivery of 10.08. It was sent via a florist based in India, and apparently there was misspelling in address by one of the two party. The package kept lying in Paris without me being contacted.

                              2. The package was supposed to have a religious bracelet and a package of sweet. The sweet packet was teared and the contents were missing.

                              3.I had to pay 14€ TVA in addition for this service.

                              It's real pity and shame to have such service by DHL, which we had to avail because of the florist. I frequently receive packages from other service providers and never had any problem.

                              I don't expect any compensation, but for sure will not avail any of DHL services in future.

                                My fiance stays in Hubli & I stay in Pune, since I could not attend her birthday I told her that I would be delevering ca cake to her house, I placed an order on this website www.indiafloristnetwork.com 4 days in advance I placed an order on the 21st of June 2009 & her birthday ie the delivery date was on the 24th of June 2009, I called up their customer care on the 24th morning & they said the cake would be delevered in some time I made numerous STD calls to customer care till 7pm after that they did not pick up the call & the cake was not delevered . This incident ruined my whole day & my fiances birthday, she will never forget her last birthday in Hubli for all the wrong reasons, we were not even informed the cake would not be delevered, this is a fraud company or website as I see a lot of complaints about this company, Please help me get justice

                                  Company has commited for Same day and 1-2 days delivery, But Order was booked on 26th April 2009and Supposed to reach two items on Monday 27th April2009.

                                    I have booked www.IndiaFloristNetwork.com some flowers, a cake and a gift for my wife for the 14th FEB, 2009 to be delivered to Kurnool, AP and till date it is not delivered and their is no customer response at all ...No body picks up the call when i and my wife also are calling them for the past 16 days. Their telephone is 91 [protected] as given on thew website.

                                    They have not replied to my several queries and i am not able to track them through their phone nos even..and even their address is not traceable.

                                    They have cheated couple of people which i came toknow recently when trying to verify about the. Many NRI's are getting cheated due to such sites in India and please i feel if you can take some stringent action others will not repeat the same.. Please do save the Indian FACE here for foreigners as many are using indian companies for their services.

                                      If you use indiaflorist, please ensure that they have delivered what you have ordered. I used this site couple of times, initially for sweets and flowers. They delivered it on the correct date and I was satisfied with their service. Then I ordered a jewellery costed ~3000/- as per their site and what they delivered was another one costing 2000/- also posted in their site. I was lucky that I asked my relative about what she received and found out the discrepancy. I mailed and complained to the customer service with my order number and complete details but I didn’t receive any replies on whether I will get a re-delivery or not. It’s almost a week now and I have lost hope to get what I have ordered.
                                      I think they take the opportunity that very few people will re-check whether they have delivered exact gifts or not.

                                      And even if you get to know that they have delivered different items, please let me know if you can make them delivered the right item. Best Of Luck!!
