This is the mail which i got from website. but nw, when i called them they just asked me that they will not deleiver the item.
and they refused to pay my money, because the person who was there attending the call replied me that he is from call center only. so he dont knw about the cash back system.

Indiafloristnetwork.com — Providing Pathetic serrvice.
Hi placed an order to deliever to pune on 17th July . I receievd an confirmation mail from indiafloristnetwork.com that they have recieved my request. Then i contacted to their executive and they convienced me that my order(chockelete and flowers) will get deliever on 17th july 2009. I provide them receipients alternate number as well. But the whole day gone they didnt delievered it ...neither they called to me or to the receipient. I called them again next day(18thuly 2009) 4 times and everytime some other executive is picking the call and conviencing me to deliever it but no results.Also It has to be noted that they have already updated the status of the order on their system as 'Delievered' ( even it was not).
when i talked to them on 18th july then they said they will try to deliever it within 1-2 hrs on 18th July(although order was of 17th July). Now I am writing this complain on 18th July(6 hrs have already gone after talking with them in the morning). I just talked with one of their executive and her attitude was disgusting and Pathhetic that she was not listening to me but was repeating only one thing that ' they will try to deliever it as soon as possible'. Her Unproffiosonal attitude affected me much that i've decided not to go for this network anytime in future. These gift which we send to our dearones are worthy if they gets delieved within some time period. But this network is fail to send it even on next day. I got really frustrated by this service. I speneded money on my many calls to calcutta(their office) as they didnt call me to update the status of order.
I hope some alternate quality service must exists which will not be like indiafloristnetwork.com.
