India Post — 5 month old speed post not delivered

Dear sir/madam
Iit kanpur has send my phd degree via speed post (Eu[protected]in) to the pin 560012 on 30th june but i did not received it yet. Actually today only i got to know that they have posted it on 30th june and i have tracked consignment online today, but it is not showing anything may be due to very old consignment. Please suggest me what should i do now.

The government ordered to deposit rupees 1000 & 500 not at the counter at Bank's and Post offices up to 20 hrs., but Modinagar main Branch Post office near Police station Modinagar district Ghaziabad U.P. has been closed at 15.40 hrs with out intimations to the public, while there was standing so many people's and ladies by which public sufferers.

I jyoti residence of house no-656 gali no -18A Jeevan park Siras Pur Delhi-42 postman of our area not deliver any documents to my address I complaint so many time at the post office but no response
I request u please concerned my complaint and resolve it as soon as possible
