India Post — delay in delivery and no update of tracking details

My item (Registered parcel) was booked on 31st october 2017 from shalimar bagh (110088), delhi post office to reach the destination at itanagar (791111) post office. The tracking numbers are cd[protected]in, cd[protected]in and cd[protected]in. The tracking details have not been updated after 6th of november which is making me loose my patience and trust in indian postal service.
I would also like to mention here that the toll free customer number is not been attended by any of the staffs. And the indian postal complaint is also not being attended and taken care of by anyone. I have already registered online complaints regarding the same in the online complaint section of the post office website.
Please help me in this difficult agony of mine.

Updated by hano tabyo My parcel booed on 31st of october has not reached me yet (20/11/2017). the tracking details have also not been updated.

Updated by hano tabyo it has been dispatched to P.O. north lakhimpur but no details/ updates from the office. Its been long 21 days the parcel hasn't reach me. it said it will take max to max 10 days. and also the customer care phone no i.e. 1924 does not work. i mean nobody picks the call.

My self Ram bhatt. My passport file number CH[protected] . and speed post tacking number is pp[protected]in. I didn't received my passport. My village is sekhupur (devigarh) . Can u please tell me what to do now.

My parcel reached Kolkata LCAO on 2nd November 2017tracking number is RS[protected]NL and stopped at custom clearance with no progress till date is 16 November 2017 please help me so that I can receive my parcel
