India Post — delay in item delivery and tracking is not updated from past 3 days

My item was booked on 1st oct at hajo s. O..
After that it was updated till 4th oct at 00:18 am at air lgbi ap tmo where it was shown as dispatched but till now its been 3days no update is there in the india post portal.. It is really very important article for me..
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible..

India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
No status update on tracking no: LY[protected]US since 3 months. Its says
Your item departed a transfer airport in INDIRA GANDHI INTL, DELHI, INDIA on July 25, 2019 at 1:31 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination. So I have not received any status change.
