India Post — Delay of orders

The ordeers under tracking no.AW[protected]IN and AW[protected]IN has been despatched on 23/03/2017 from GPO Srinagar to Kulgam pin 192231 but till date I have not received the orders as per the reports of post office Kulgam there is no service from Srinagar to Kulgam and they send us the mail once in month.so please take the matter serious and solve my problem as soon as possible

I purchased sofaset from Royal Oak. And they delivered product which has stains on it. I have raised a complaint on the very same day. But these guys are saying that they are not responsible and it could be done by the customer only.
