India Post — Delayed movement of consignment

I have submitted one envelop bearing consignment no. Ew[protected]in on 09.06.2017 with your kalighat post office kolkata. That percel reached guwahati airport on 11.06.2017. While tracking it is showing that consignment is still lying at guwahati airport i. E. There is no movement for 2 days.

Please look into the matter as it required to be urgently delivered to central bank of india, guwahati zonal office at bhangagarh, guwahati.
Futrher delay cause my pecuniary loss.
