Sir my passport send by speed post from bangalore pass port office., i am waiting for that and when i check the delivery status it is mention as "delivery attempted missent" where as no one contact me nor any postman has visited my present address and how they return. It is very urgent, kindly help me on this.

I am Guntaas Singh residence of 319 Model town, Ludhiana. Postman harbhajan singh misbehaves with my gateman and uses abusive language. Kindly take action against him with immediate effect.
