India Post — Emo not being delivered to the mentioned address

I renu bhandari from street no.-68, qrs no.-7b, s. P. North, chittaranjan, dist-burdwan, pin-713331, west bengal sent an emo of rs 1600 on 7 april, 2017 to my father on the below mentioned address i. E.
Keval krishan grover (K k grover),
Taneja niwas,
Gaushalla,
Motinagar, sindri
Dist-dhanbad, pin-828120
Jharkhand
Which till date they have not received. Kindly check why still emo is not been delivered. I will be highly obliged if you kindly do the needful investigation to make the emo delivered.

I open a mis account at I bapunagar post office .in last month march 16 2017 but they do not open my account properly and now they not give me proper answer .and the post master not give proper answer and mis behave .
