India Post — inordinate delay in paying ppf maturity proceeds | |||
I had a public provident fund (Ppf) a/c no [protected] with antop hill post office, mumbai 400037. While i have already submitted application for issuance of cheque towards the maturity proceed, in the prescribed form, in july 2017 & resubmitted again in march 2018, till date the post office at antop hill has not released the amount citing forms got misplaced at antop hill po / delay at dadar head office respectively. I had even submitted complaint at dadar ho (East division) in first week of december 2018. Request please take up with the concerned authorities for releasing the amount without any further delay and to take appropriate disciplinary action against all persons responsible for the inordinate delay of more than a year. I have sent my parcel in india post on 11/2/2019 with the weight of 7kgs and 965grms but when it received to my town post office the weight is only 5kgs and something gram, so it means somewhere they unboxed my item.please look in this .The parcel sent from New delhi to Manipur
