India Post — insufficient address

I've applied for a new sbi debit card. They have dispatched it and the parcel arrived at my nearest post office. But they redirected to another post office in the same city saying insufficient address. They didn't even contact me. I thought they might contact me when the parcel arrives at the other post office. But it is again redirected to another post office from there for the same reason. Again i didn't receive any call. Please help me with this.

Address i've provided: b5, omega apartments, opp karur vysya bank, ameerpet, hyderabad - 500016.
