India Post — Intentional delay in withdrawal of money from my PPF Account.

I have an PPF account with the Sub Post Office, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati. My account is more than 10 years old. I completed all formalities, for partial withdrawal of amount from my PPF Acct. and submitted it alongwith my PPF Passbook and withdrawrl form duly signed to the Sub -Postmaster of the Post Office on 25th January 2017, but till date they have not processed my withdrawal request . Everytime I visit them, the Sub-Post Master shows her inablility and to operate Computer .

Irony is that when our PM is talking about digitalisation, our Govt Servants are harassing common public.

Postman delivery our article In worng add. And he ater delivery he sing any other people but who's people we don't know only sing in Soweto post delivered challan not maintain name and number my articles is important me and he also delye Article and not only me all Aire people is angree for his behaviour and his lossworker

Speed post tracking number EQ[protected]IN shows as delivered on tracking website but it is not delivered. No one is able and wanting to help. As it contains a pan card I'm afraid if they have delivered it to someone else, the person may use it for any fraud.
