India Post — kisan vikas patra payment due

Sir when i go to post office hatia nift 834003 for my payment of kisan vikash patra on 20/07/2019 post master told me that ur fd not showing in my computer system u have to to submit a application with xerox copy i have submitted on 20/07/2019 now i today call to my post office they reply me that it is still pending. What is this for getting of my payment i have to wait for one month. Government convert every post office like a bank but post office give worse service.in bank payment come within a minute but post office take 30 days.
