Dear Sir, , With due respect, I beg to state that on 18th October, 2016 I have lost our S.B. Pass Book No. [protected] which was operated jointly by Smt. Sipra De & Barun Kumar De at Chandernagore Sub-Post Office, P.O. Chandernagore, Dist. Hooghly, PIN-712136 alongwith New ATM Card Envelop while collecting at Chandernagore Sub=Post Office, Chandernagore. I had lodged an FIR under. G.D.E. No 1259 dt. 19.10.2016 at Chandernagore Police Station on 19.10.2016in this regard. I had personally submit the letter alongwith FIR on 19.10.2016 to Sub-Post Master, Chandernagore Post Office, Chandernagore, Dist.Hooghly, PIN-712136 and several request had made for issuance of a Duplicate Savings Pass Book alongwith a fresh ATM Card in our favour. But, till date nothing remedial action has been made nor issuance a duplicate Savings Pass Book as well as fresh ATM Card in our favour. You are requested, please arrangre to instruct the Sub-Post Master, Chandernagore Post Office, Chandernagore, PIN-712136 immediately A line of confirmation in this regard is highly appreciated. I am regretted to say that one of your staff Mr.Rahul Shukla working in Roberts ganj main branch head quarter of district sonbhadra (pin-231216)misbehaving with general consumers and when consumers asks to sit on his chair and to do his work he abuses and use filthy language.he is not competent to work on main branch and busy branch
