[Resolved] India Post — non-delivery of article and updating false delivery note in tracking portal | |||
I have purchased product from patanjali and they send it through speed post. I recieved a call from ellisnagar post office, near rdo office dharapuram, he told your parcel weighs around 10kg so please collect. I sent my driver to recieve the parcel as i could not go due to my work. When driver reached the person in the post office asked authorization letter without which he cant provide the parcel. I also talked over phone and requested. But he denied. Later i told him as he must deliver the parcel to my address, i was trying to help him but he is showing his rule, he told you dont come i will send the parcel to head post office. After that i tracked online and it is showing "item delivery attempted door locked / first intimation". Which is totally wrong. Tracking id is cv[protected]in. Please suggest how to tackle such misleading behaviours by govt departments. Was this information helpful? | |||
