India Post — non delivery of atm card

My new atm debit card is not delivered at my given address & if my parcel was unclaimed then it should have been delivered to home branch but instead of delivering to home branch (Lodi road sbi (Branch code 60321) new delhi) parcel is delivered in mumbai (Syscom corporation ltd.). My consignment number is eb[protected]in. Its my humble request to you to send my parcel at my bank home branch given in this complaint as soon as possible because existing card might get block after 31st december 2018.
