India Post — Non delivery of International Registered parcel | |||
Hello India Post team, I have not received one International Registered Parcel from US(via Germany) bearing the tracking number given below CG[protected]DE The parcel has entered India through MUMBAI FGN POST OFFICE and were forwarded to BANGALORE SUB FGN POST. But the tracking page says "Retention Reason : Call Customs[protected] OR Email [protected]@gmail.com" When I call to[protected] custom number, they are asking me the local parcel number and also they suggested me to check in phone number[protected] to get the local parcel number but this phone is out of order. I am not sure where can I collect my parcel and I have been trying for last two days. But still I am unable to get. Kindly help me to get this parcel as early as possible The complaint numbers is [protected]. today(17/12) I am unable to see the tracking page as well which I saw in yesterday.Kindly refer the same in the attachment. I humbly request the Indian postal services to locate and deliver the parcels to me at the very earliest. I would be much grateful. Please HELP. Was this information helpful? | |||
