A regd. Letter was sent on 9th august 2017 to m/s medi assist insurance tpa pvt ltd. Bengaluru. They said they had not received the consignment. Then i had lodged an on line complaint about non delivery of the said regd letter to india post and i have taken an ack no.[protected] from their portal. It is almost 10 days no replies or status is sent to me. Was this information helpful? | |
