India Post — non received parcel

Dear sir/madam

I am ajay. Our cbse board, panchkula send me my marksheet by speed post.
Speed post no. Is eh[protected]in
But i not revived my recive marksheet from post office or post man.
When i complaint in cbse board, board asked that we send your marksheet on your address in date 27/09/2018. Through speed post (Eh[protected]in)
But our post office employes says we are not receiving any post for you.
