India Post Office — dak/parcel/courier non delivery by postman - regarding

Consignment no. Aq[protected]in issued by manipal hq bengaluru on dated 24 april 2019 was not delivered by irresponsible postman on the plea top floor or not found address it is strange. On enquiry it is learnt article has already been returned black manipal hq. I am facing lot of problems. Kindly depute responsible/suitable postman and take action against him for irresponsible attitude.

Updated by Belgaon Dear sir, On 24 April 2019 Manipal HQ Bengaluru had sent my ATM card under consignment No. AQ[protected]IN but irresponsible postman and Incharge of this area have returned back to Manipal HQ without delivery on the plea Top Floor or address not found which is quite strange. I am facing lot of problems. Kindly enquire into and concerned irresponsible postman and Incharg may be punished under existing laws and regulations. Kindly confirmed action taken. My postal address is Stephen Lakra, D-340, 2 Floor, Gali number D-11, Ganesh Nagar, Pandav Nagar Complex Delhi -92.
