India Post — pan card is not delivered to my home

I have recently applied for PAN card for my elder sister and it was done but the PAN was sent via post to the given address but at that addresse I have not received my pan card and it is showing in Post tracking website that it was delivered on 3July, 2018. My consignment no is EA[protected]IN. And it is not received till yet. I have attached the tracking details.
