India Post — pan card not yet delivered

Please help as i have visiting several times to my local post office (Gopalganj) for my pan card. Your website says it was delivered to my local post office but the people here says they have not received it and they even don’t have the basic manners to talk to customers. I request you to intervine in this matter and help me to get my card.
