[Resolved] India Post — parcel status unknown even after 3 weeks

My parcel from China arrived in Chennai on 4th December 2019 and was dispatched to Bangalore the same day but there has been no further update .

Here's the exact steps taken by consumercomplaints.in- They built this webshit. Hired people for advertisements. They collected our data and made money. As for the companies we had problems with, we better deal with them without middlemen and crooks.

India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Thank you for notifying India Post. However there is still no update on the status even after more than a month.

Other packages via the same route which arrived much later have already been cleared, not sure why my package is delayed.
