India Post — parcel under customer hold and india post not responding my email and phone | |||
Sir, Just before i was trying to track my parcel vide awb cc[protected]sg as below todays tracking status. When i called to india post customer care phone[protected], she replied that your parcel is under delhi custom, i asked to provide the reason why hold this parcel by delhi custom department. She replied no idea and you have to contact custom department when i asked to provide custom department phone no or contact information she said i am transferring the line to my senior manager he will reply your all queries but no one picked up the phone after transferring the line and i was holding the phone line approx half an hour the same has repeated two times. When i tried to filled online complain, i found some error msg pls see below screen shot. I searched again and found another phone number toll free call centre[protected]For international mails), i tried many times to call this no but no one is picking the phone. Deputy director general (Pg & qa), dak bhavan, sansad marg, new delhi — 110001. [protected]@gmail.com[protected]Tel),[protected]Fax) The above no is also found and called but the same thing no one is picking the phone.
