India Post — Passport not received by speed post

Dear team

I haven't received my passport which been sent by tracking I'd PP[protected]IN by your deptt dtd 06/10/16.
I have spoken to your customercare deptt as well officials in rohtak post office and in r k puram post office.they are updating me that it's been sent back to passport office but passport office is saying that they haven't received the same from postoffice.
This is very crucial document.kindly help me rather than harassing me by vague answers.
