India Post — RE: Not getting the product

Hi,
My home town is Bhadrak, Odisha i am unable to understand why my product have gone to Balasore where as Bhadrak is in between Bhubanswar and Balasore. My product no is EB[protected]IN 11/04/2017 12:23am BNPL SP Hub NOIDA Item bagged for NSH BHUBANESWAR receiced on 12/04/2017 04:53pm and then item bagged to ICH BALASORE 12/04/2017 07:15 pm and item received 02:14 am ICH BALASORE and item bagged Apr 13, 2017
04:53 am.But still now i didn't get that item, Today is May 18, 2017.
Please take a necessary action on it.
