India Post — Registered complaint against postman | |||
I have complaint against the postman named Mr. PAL posted in barra post opffice (208027) He is irregular in his services. He doesn't deliver any letter to respective person. Sometimes he demand for money to deliver letter. He has not deliver my letter related to income tax on time. when somehow I got his number, and called him, he ordered to me to come to post office to give the letter. When questioned about this, he argued that he is not my personal postman and he would not deliver the letter to home. I complained about this but he abused me and said he would not give the letter and return it back. This is not only complaint. My other friends and villagers are also suffered due to bad or worst service. He also argued that he had no time to deliver the letter that is he too busy to do that. If I have to go to post office to get my letters then why government is paying him? Please resolve this problem because I am not only person who has suffered due to his service. My Consignment Number- EF[protected]IN, after 7th December no updates in status. I tried calling the official helpline no. None of the number reaching out even I drop a mail & that is bounce back may be the wrong ID.Is this is the way INDIAN POST treat their customer.. KINDLY UPDATE ON THIS - NONE OF THE WAY WORKED THEN I POSTED MY COMPLAIN HERE

Hamare gaav mai postman letter yaa post ka vitran nhi krta hai .post yaa letter ke liye hume uske uske pass jana pdta hai aur vo logo ko sahi javab bhi nhi deta hai...
