India Post — Speed Post Article not delivered and sent back.

This is to inform you that we were to receive a speed post delivery but we have not gotten it as the post office near our locality has mistakenly sent it back. They cited that the sender (HDFC bank) who issued the speed post delivery to us did not provide the necessary address. The post office in our locality received the article on 19/01/2021 and sent it back the same day because of the above mentioned issue. The post in now in Kolkata post transit as I write this complaint. The post office receiving the post is Danesh Sk Lane SO. We would like the article to be sent back to this very post office again so that we can go to collect it. We are tracking the post through the tracking number given to our phone.
