India Post — speed post letters - wrong delivery of articles, complaint no. [protected]

I, avinaba pal, booked a speed post (Consignment number - ew[protected]in) on
30/06/2017 from santragachi s.

O (Pin code 711104).
Destination address is below:
Central recordkeeping agency (Enps), nsdl e-governance infrastructure limited, 1st floor, times tower, kamala mills compound,, senapati bapat marg, lower parel, mumbai - 400 013.

But i have noticed from website (https://www.indiapost.gov.in/VAS/Pages/trackconsignment.aspx), the current status of the letter-current status : item delivered at delisle road s. O

Fom the status i undetstood that the document not delivered to the proper address.

Please do the needful, as early as possible.
