I have order a product from ali express. It clears custom at kolkata and sent to guwahati. There is no more information for more than 14days since it reached guwahati. I want clearance and want to receive the the order for the consignment no RB[protected]SG.
Please help on this matter.

Our area postman cannot deliver our post at my house . He will not deliver post anytime . There is proper address written on post but he will couldn't deliver.sometimes he give to someone other . I request you to take action against him.
