[Resolved]  India Post — wes transcript stuck in canada customs

My transcript despatched from ignou through india post is stuck in canada customs from 19th november 2019. I have contacted india post and launched a complaint in their portal [protected], but the only response received is to contact customs office. If india post is a responsible service provider why does india post take so much time to get the documents cleared through customs while other service providers can do it in max of 3 days.
