after that what happen i don't have any information & why it took so long to reach. please update what's the status of my parcel, where it is now & when it will reach.

even in DRC they said that they have not received

I have not received any update about my parcel since 6-9-2022 but i have revived an update in India post complaint MUMBAI FOREIGN POST OFFICE Foreign admn. denies receipt of parcel hence again online enquiry taken up with fgn admn. intimating detail particulars of dispatch. Reply due on 17/10/2022 15:11Enquire after due date

reply due date is far. please need to check fast because drc have lot of issue with rob please recheck with Nigeria if they have fwded & they have proof. CG[protected]IN

It has been moved from LAGOS to DRC CONGO or some other country, because when i asked at DRC CONGO theyhttps://www.https://www.consumercomplaints.in/india-post-where-is-my-parcel-please-c3317322 said since 6-9-2022 its is in LAGOS NIGERIA. so please ask them they have fwd. to some other county or what actually happen.

Matter to be taken up with airlines as no further particulars available. Hence cpt is being dealt manually vide case mark CPT/Out/3032#09/2022 and Kutch Division Cpt ID VI/05/2022.

1. This is not 1 st complaint which i made.
1st compalint was [protected] 2nd compalint is [protected]

now above as mentioned that the matter taken to Nigeria post investigating then why should i close & relodge the complaint, my problem is not resolved. why should i make complaint online again n again, its above 30 days so what my parcel is missed from more than 2 months. if the problem is not solved then you should not close the complaint.

The Booking date of Article ID is older than 90 days.

So i cant compalint on india post web site if my parcel is lost & they dont give me soultion, already log complaints 2 times.

Received a call from India post, that parcel was stuck in Nigeria, because of some reason of flights, im not sure its correct or not . but please let me know & update on India post complaint, i cant track my parcel anymore on because tracking number does not exist.

Anjar SO relodge again in CSI CRM for further update of parcel under enquiry 02/01/2023

1st why you are asking to close complaints again n again, even it pass how many months or days!!! My problem is not resolved I lost my parcel so why should i close my complaint & relodge it .

2nd i cant lodge new complaint on India post site because when i put transaction number its give me its already passed 3months.

Recvd a letter from india post as attached, about the settlement,

there was no blank papers with the letters, to fill the forms so went to anjar post office and asked them that we need form or letter to do the procedure necessary & on this letter its mentioned to reply within one month, we told them so anjar post office reply us that someone will from post will come to our home so b ready with all invoices, so now we are waiting for someone who will visit to complete the procedure,

follow up required if the wrong information given to us, we are still waiting for them.

received another letter from bhuj post as attached, still no form received with letter & anjar post told to wait for someone who will reach us at home.

please can you arrange a call from any responsible person from India post from Mumbai or bhuj post to explain us what we should do because on [protected]

sir, still its not clear, that my parcel has been sent to correct destination on[protected] but still not received,

need more clear answer that where was my parcel before ? & now from where they have send from which country to my location? its already more than one month if we consider[protected]. please

complaint no [protected] as above all details was closed by india post 6-2-2023 with as bellow update

Compensation form has been send to ASP Gandhidham Sub Dn to arrange filling up and Vfn in this regard.

compenssation form was fill up & given to post office resp person on 7-2-2023 as attached, & officer told that they will update but from 7-2-2023 to[protected] there is no update on our compensation, please check let us know what happen .

Compensation was accepted on[protected] & the letter was received as attached, after that went to local post office of anjar they give some reason to come later because of fund issues after that same problem no compensation give till now i have attached 2 letter please check, they are saying no fund are available from last 20 days. these reason is not acceptable no one take the responsiblity or proper answer given.
