1. My credit line is active...no dues and subscription is active but there is no use of active credit line because while transacting on Paytm or phonepe or Amazon and other ecommerce websites it shows "Payment declined by your bank". Why charge subscription fee for these nonsense service. 2. On 17th July and 18th July I was do two transactions at Paytm those two transactions are failed. Refund reference numbers are[protected] and[protected]. Money debited from dhani account and not yet credited back. Its almost 10 working days are gone, why you are credit back money to wallet. 3. On 26th July I sent money from dhani wallet to my bank account. Reference ID is "KORXKWRP2QOYMHOQ" .It's usually takes 3 to 4 hours but it's not credited to my bank account. are you cheste customers. 4. I was applied for new plastic card by paying of Rs.80. almost 15days gone not yet received that card. In Every aspect negligency, careless, fraud is there... I want to go with file a complaint at RBI against you with transaction proofs and evidences. Please clear all my issues immediately. There's no use to talk with customer service, as they are no minimum knowledge about transactions. Hope resolve my issues and expect reply. No routine replies. Thanks.
