[Resolved]  IndiaBulls — Credit line not activated - dhani one freedom card

I am a customer of IndiaBulls Dhani. I have taken a credit limit of Rs. 1, 00, 000.00 which monthly subscription fees is Rs. 899.00 I have clreared their fees on April 30th, 2021 and on the same day they have inactivated my credit line. After several intimation through mail, phone call they didn't activate my Credit Line. Only they call and aske "it will take another 7days" blah blah. But that another 7days didn't come till now. Simply, in this way they are looting customer, cheating with customer like me during this pandemic situation. Requesting to refund my Rs. 899.00 since I haven't use their service for the existing month. I don't need the service any more. Rs.136.00 is pending, please deduct that amount from Rs. 899.00 and refund rest of the amount.

Need immediate action.

IndiaBulls has reactivated my credit line. Though they didn't contact me. Just they has sent a mail mentioning that "I am eligible for higher credit line." As per our recent conversation please attached image which I have 2 months subscription, The subscription has been paid but still credit limit is still inactive, this is my reference id 17921525 raised yesterday.

I have paid all the dues and subscribition fee yet my card limit is inactive and tried to contact customer support they never pick up the call wrost service ever.Kindly look into the matter and resolve my issue.

Hi, I have dhani app and my credit limit is 50000. I have paid my all dues and subscriptions charges 750. But my daily credit limit is still 0.
In spite of several reminder over the calls and mail I have yet to receive any proper update.
They are not updating my dailly credit limit.

I have paid all dues and susbration no pending dues Two days before daily credit line inactive.i speak to customer care but no reslove my problem.dhani service very poor.kindly resolve this issue.

I am customer of Dhani one freedom card, which is totally scam, I can't use my Dhani daily credit limit online as well as offline. When I use it offline shopping the transaction is showing as declined and in online shopping the transaction is showing as failed. I have paid all my dues but it's not updated yet and the due now is showing as 2190 which is not my due amount. Have sent multiple mails as well as call too, still the problem is not solved. I have attached all the screenshots and mail as well. My card is showing as active and the daily credit limit is 925 but still am not able to use my daily credit limit. Very bad customer support fake promise's, at the very first time they said they are updating their systems so kindly wait for one day, next they said I have to pay my due amount which is 111 rupees also am unable to pay it because in app due is showing as 2190 but still they said I can edit amount and pay so I have done the same amount added to wallet but due is not updated then they said wait till 48 hours so our tech team will resolve it, even after waiting 48 hours their is no call back or mail too, I give a call and still they give a reason it's an tech issue kindly wait, I don't understand is this people will have a track of customer complaints? I don't think so because every time I have to explain my problem they ask me to wait with different fake reason, and they are sending me daily alerts that my payment overdue by 5 days, which am unable to pay also said them too, they can't solve this but they keep on send the alerts.
Most funniest part is one of customer executive said their is problem with bank account so kindly contact bank😂😂😂 I don't understand am using your so called, dhani one freedom card which is not working then how come my personal bank involved here? 0% knowledge Nibas, 😂😂, this show what's their quality preference is.

I am facing issue with my freedom one credit line, after repeated mails for 2 months you guys activated my credit limit after taking a amount 1798/- that too for the period of two months when i was not even able to use the credit limit, now after making the payment my the credit limit is showing inactive, after several mails and calls still no resolution. Please get this cleared asap or else refund the amount, i have been associated with you guys from so long and is this the way you treat your customers.

Some of my friends get their dhnai card without fee, but they asked me 80 rupees even I paid 499 subscription fee they inactivated my credit line
So please resolve my problem..

My register one dani number is [protected], I have no dues now in my credit line, but after a failed transection my daily credit line is inactive, I got massage that I used my daily credit limit but not reacived in merchent account, .
