    Hi team,

    I'm Rahul having loan with indiabulls dhani app. They have given us a facility so called dhani games to earn cash and reduce the emi, which i have used and also earned cash in hundreds. But as per their guidelines they did not converted that cash into my dhani wallet (Even though i have paid the emi's on time).in fact they have deducted that dhani cash without informing me. I have tried to contact them but their team is not available to support by giving lockdown's reason. Please help because i have spent more that 3 months time on it just to play games.

      I have paid 4980rs using my dhani card to paytm merchant on 3rd may but the transaction was failed and my money is debited by dhani.i have contacted several times in dhani but they did not gave my money back by showing excuses today is 22th may almost 19 days gone my money has been stucked and stolen by dhani.please provide my money back i am sharing the transaction receipts.

          I would like to inform you that again, IndiaBulls deactivated my credit line. I have cleared my 1st EMI, nevertheless it's been deactivated.

          Requesting, kindly look after the matter in urgent basis. Repeatedly it's happening which us really irritating. Where is the problem?

                                    Credit line not activated - dhani one freedom card

                                    I am a customer of IndiaBulls Dhani. I have taken a credit limit of Rs. 1, 00, 000.00 which monthly subscription fees is Rs. 899.00 I have clreared their fees on April 30th, 2021 and on the same day they have inactivated my credit line. After several intimation through mail, phone call they didn't activate my Credit Line. Only they call and aske "it will take another 7days" blah blah. But that another 7days didn't come till now.                                     I am a consumer of IndiaBulls Dhani. I have availed a loan of Rs. 1, 00, 000.00 which monthly subscription fees is Rs. 899.00 . I have already cleared that fees on April 30th 2021 but till date they didn't activate my credit line. I have sent several mails to them but only they are passing the times by asking "require another 7days require another 7days" blah blah. It's a monthly service. If they pass the days in this way they will be the gainer and I will be looser since it's a monthly service.

                                    However, I am sending few screenshots for your ready reference. Expecting a speedy and positive response from your end.

                                      Address: Mahmood shah lane near Dr Arun murari ke samne Bank colony

                                      On 4th May2021 at 3:11 a.m., I made a transaction of ₹10000 on PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS merchant but it failed at merchant whereas money got debited from dhani wallet. Despite mailing them with all the issue highlighted screenshot many times with accurate details they misinterpret the disputed transaction and starts considering another transaction as issue and wastes much of time, when I calls them on phone they again and again asks to mail.
