Hi. Myself Satish Goud. I have been transferred 10000 from dhani to my bank account but the amount was not added in my account. Being a new user it was worst experience and which caused inconvenience for me. The amount I added for my medical care which was an emergency. Ridiculous service by Dhani and still awaiting for amount. Already sent mail several times to dhani support team and [protected]@dhanipay.in as well but just for sake I am getting system generating mails which was no use for me... Please help me some for for this..
On 8 july i transferred 451 Rs to my bank account which i have not received yet. After sending mail i didn't receive any response .

I had to cancel my order because of some issue but I have not received the refund yet.
I contacted Dhani customer service on [protected]@dhani.com and they told me that Refund Reference Number should not be Alphanumeric
After that I contacted Amazon customer service and they told me that Refund Reference is generated by bank, Amazon doesn't generate Refund Reference Number.
I'm providing you refund reference number of those orders
