It is very much frustrated with the company as they didn't delivered cake as well as not returned money also. They have charged rs250 extra for delivery also. But not delivered. We have ordered for kids birthday and it was a diaster and worst day for us to console a 6 years kid about the cake. This company is playing with people's emotions and money. I ordered a cake on 27th November for same day delivery but they didn't deliver it. But I have no issue with that as I requested on 28th for delivery now they are asking for extra amount of 250, as I already paid 740 total amount i.e 500 order value + 250 deliver charge, and then no one communicate properly they disconnected call while talking. I had been ordered cake with order no -1720038 for 25 nov 2021 but india cake didn't deliver cake on day . I was taking continously follow up through chat and call .They are providing coupons instead of money . I experienced poor services and unresposible behaviors of customer care. I hope that your company refund money and regret for inconvenience.

This is a fraud website. I had ordered - Order # 1719597- a cake and flowers in Kerala on 18th Nov 2021. Initially, I paid RS/950. On their website, it was shown as free delivery anywhere in India and I made the payment and placed the order. Such a pathetic experience today I ordered birthday cake from India cakes.com I thought it is trustful site but then I came across it it's a scammed site
1.I made the order the order was received but the I didn't get any mail regarding the order.
2.when I tracked the order it showed Payment Pending
3.After hours I got the mail of repayment of Rs. 250
4.I opted for cancellation of order...

I had ordered a bouquet for my Aunt who was unwell on 14 th November and made the payment on the same day.I was assured same day delivery and no delivery charges . I ordered a cake on 7 the Nov for my father's birthday.( Order Id 1718796). It was not delivered. Customer service people says they cannot refund. They will provide only coupon which we can use next time. I placed an order last time and they couldn't deliver. They refused to refund and gave coupon code. Ordered Cake on march 2021 in indiacakes but not received till now November 2021. No response from this company. Totally they are fake. How government encouraging like this companies i don't know. Kindly ban these company and distribute money who all are affected....

We have ordered cake through indiacakes.com 2 times due to payment(599+599) failed in Google pay. But unfortunately 2 time also payment got failed. Also, we didn't get any order I'd details.

This is really the worst service experience I have faced in my online delivery. I placed an order on 17th Oct and received mail asking extra ₹250 on 18th Oct because the delivery place is outside. Cake was still not delivered on the delivery date which was 24th October.

When I called on the 25th your customer service said that it was not delivered because 24th being Sunday and the shop was closed. I was surprised to hear...
