2. Delivery on 24 Nov 2023 - but not delivered

3. On 24th 2023 called 3 times to Customer care [protected] to ensure the delivery - they said don't worry sir wait till 9 pm but it was not delivered and ruined the B'day.

4. on 25th they informed vendor not delivered and late update given, I ordered after confirmation from customer whether they deliver on that pincode or not. they said they will issue refund with 48 hours,

5. they issued refund in the form of coupon which i can use on their site only and the pin code still the same. I want my money back not the coupen . Again I am forced to place an order with them.

6. They don't reply properly on calls and emails.

7. This is a fraud company, I found many complains online . How to make aware about this kind of company to everyone or make joint effort against this company.

8. I tolerate and forget such activity as small amount but for them its big amount if its in big number from PAN India

6. This is also kind of Scam but in the form of cakes order and delivery across all over India

7. Please gather together to start an online campaign against such fraud company. This is not just about the money.

I placed an order with this disgusting company to deliver a cake on the 7th on the outskirts of Bangalore. They didn't deliver despite charging me extra delivery charges. Now they have the audacity to tell me they will issue a refund in the form of a coupon. Why would I place an order after experiencing such pathetic service in the first place. Their customer care executives are rude, have no authority to take decisions nor do they transfer the calls to someone responsible. Add this, they hang up on you when faced with the facts! And they gloat about being in the market for 18yrs. What they have to show for that are 832 complaints out of which 796 complaints remain unresolved! Indiacakes is a joke! They are too thick skinned for such things to affect them. They are in the disservice business.

I had placed an order for cake and a gift from Indiacakes.com website (Order No :[protected]. Amount of Rs. 992 was prepaid at the time of placing the order and 2 days later I was asked to pay an extra amount of Rs. 275 for delivery charge, which I made right away as I was expecting the order to be delivered soon for my parents anniversary. The order was never delivered and I tried contacting them over Tel Ph, Email and website chat option but there was no response.
Could you please help in resolving this issue.

They haven't delivered my order on the given date. I asked them to cancel it and refund the amount but no reply.

Neither my order was delivered nor they have refund the amount.
Please refund it.

Online Cake delivery for Tamil Nade was placed in IndiaCakes.com for 18th of Oct, night delivery and amount of 721.56 amount was paid. Order 22107130 was generated but no delivery made.

I've asked to cancel it but they requested again for 150 amount more. I told kindly cancel it and refund it but no reply and Called them multiple times which they don't answer it.

Hence, I'm placing the complaint for full refund. Because In cake delivery Time and Date of cake delivery is important as it is special occasion.

I ordered a cake for 525.00 which was never delivered. The website did look dodgy but I was in a hurry to sort out a cake for same day delivery so failed to scrutinise.
I am posting my plight here so that others don't fall trap to this cyber fraud.
The modus operandi works brilliantly for IndiaCakes.com as helpless customers are forced to forget about their small loss rather than chase up for 500-1000rs.
Just imagine the amount of free money that this fraudulent website must be making from orders all over India and NRIs.
Something needs to be done to shutdown this website before others fall to the same trap.

Birthday cake order full payment with extra charge total 1500 paid but not delivered no call from delivery unit, customer care also not reponds they are cheating and charging money online from all the valued innocent customers. Please take action on them they have to put in custody under cyber crime.

This is a fraudulent website. The payment gateway looked like a phishing site but since I had ended up spending so much time figuring out what to order, I went ahead & ordered using my Paytm balance & after receiving the payment, instead of giving me an order id, their page gave error & asked me to refresh. Like a fool I did that & added same things to cart & made another payment this time using my UPI id. Again no notification but an email telling me that they are holding my order as I have to make yet another payment as the delivery location is far from their store. Since I had no other option, I did that as well & got a mail asking me to collect the order by 9 pm from their store in Pune, I freaked out as the order was placed for a different state & the delivery charges were paid so they deliver it & now they are asking me to collect it from Pune which is 350 odd kms away from me & send to another state 1000 odd kms away. I called them again to ask what they were UPTO & the only female who attends their calls tells me, they never sent any such mail & asked for my order number . After providing the order number she assured me that the order will reach the destination at 9 pm today & to ignore what the email says. I believed her & to my horror ; I got a email at 9 pm saying that I have 2 days to pay for the order as the payment has been unsuccessful, this is a blatant lie. Paytm balance was wiped off, my bank billed me twice once for the order & then for the extra delivery charges & now they are nit answering my calls . They totally cheated me & ruined someone’s b’day. I hope someone here will intervene & do the needful. Thankyou.

I ordered a cake in Indiacakes 11th September order ID 22105702 delivery date 19th September.

The didn't delivery the cake it for the birthday cake total family waiting fir the cake.

IndiaCakes they did not give any update about this 19the September I received a email and SMS regarding the delivery payment I pay this also.

I try to contact the customer care they don't answer didn't get replay my email.

20th I again contact the customer chart they simply replay it's too for so we are not deliver like this.

I order a birthday cake on 14th September from them. I chose a hamper one instead that had a cake with 6 roses and 2 dairy milk chocolates.
But I only received a very simple cake, they didn't even mentioned the submitted message on cake. No roses. No chocolates. Their policy says that if they're unable to get flower's they're gonna add in more chocolates. But they did nothing. I paid them the hamper price while placing the order and then they even asked for extra amount which I paid. But they absolutely failed in their job. I sent them numerous mails and calls. They didn't even responded. Yet.

I made a successful payment of rs 722.25 Yet They are asking for extra payment of rs 450 saying that address is too far. Haven't they saw the address before? They are ruining a person's special day . They are fraud. Worst customer service ever. No money has been refunded yet. I sent them an email but no response from their side. They are taking money from people and cheating them.
