Guys india.cakes.com is a fake website . They are cheating people by taking money and not delivering the cake . I have ordered a choclate cake on 2nd july 2021 on my father's birthday rather than delivering the cake they were asking extra 250/- for the delivery charges . I did not give, neither they have deliver the cake .On 3 rd july I requsted them to tell me any cake shop in Delhi /NCR n gurgaon so that I can go n personally collect the cake from the cake shop .they did not tell me any single address in complete delhi/NCR n Gurgaon
So I complained in cyber crime n they returned my 449/-
Cyber crime blocked their account as they were making fool to people by taking their money n not delivering the cake
It is my humble request guys who so ever wants his money back

He will return ur money back
There are 464 people who complained
It is humble request to everyone pls call him and take ur money back
We will not defreze his account untill n unless he will refund everyone money, who have not receice the cake

I have requested for a refund for the undelivered cake order 614099 .I have sent an email four days ago and there is no response.i have tried calling multiple times which haven't been answered .kindly look into the above request

I had placed order with Indiacakes.com for a birthday cake on 2nd July 2021 at 10.31 am. Order number is 614243 and total amount was INR 562.50 . I had received confirmation email from the company immediately after payment was made. Order was supposed to be delivered on 2nd July 2021.

I got an email from the company stating that the delivery location is far from their location so order is on hold and order will be delivered if I pay
INR 250 through the link which was sent in a separate email. I paid INR 250 and sent them the confirmation.

Then I waited for couple of hours and contacted customercare and I was told that the order would get delivered before 2nd July 2021 7PM and i would get the confirmation over email. I waited till 8.30pm and then again tried calling them but they did not pickup my call.

On 3rd July, I tried calling them again and one lady answered thee call finally after many unsucessful attempts and said that my order cannot to be delivered as the delivery location is too far.

I told her that I was charged additonal 250Rs for the same but she said its not possible to deliver. Delivery location is actually in a prime locality . I asked them to cancel the order and give me the refund but she kept the call without answering,

There is no option in their website to cancel the order.

They take order with zero delivery. They didn't give any confirmation mail or message or tracking id. and asked for 250rs delivery charge after 3 hours, saying the delivery location is in outskirts, when the location is in prime area actually. When i wanted to cancel, they said they will give coupon code to order in the website in future. Even if they give, same process repeats next time as well

I have ordered a photo cake (Order number : 606489 on April 30th ) and paid 1460 + 250 ( extra charge for travelling) Totally 1710 I have shared the screen shots of the same over the mail.
After (2 months) so many calls, mails and messages I have received a coupon code to redeem. I have applied the same and ordered only for 1360 but today I got a message from your end saying pay 250 extra for a remote location but my house is located in the city center. Why should I pay ?
No response Nothing even if I call or message. Money cheating people .
Why are you people looting money like this ?
I will file a consumer complaint against your company. I have all the proofs ( call recording, Indian cake website chat screen shots, all the mails)

Such a stupid fake company.

I have ordered cake on 22/6/2021 for Rs 517 and I paid via UPI after that I get the message plz pay Rs pay 150 your delivery is on hold. I paid it too and I have call back but there is no responses from their side it is very unexpected and annoying..
Can you please look into the issue and refund my money atleast.

I paid my money through gpay amount 690 rupees i still didn't received my cake

Ordered cake from india cakes, first delivery not done, when asked they said the reason is covid situation and lock down problem, they given me voucher for same amount after lot of followup, then again using the voucher and additional amount for delivery ordered the cake again it was not delivered, called them, online chat, they are not responding or giving any reason for not delivering.

It seems India cake is doing online cheating, getting the money and no service is rendered, kindly take action against them.

I have ordered 12 Yellow Roses Bunch And 5 Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate with order ID (613487) on 23/06/21 6:18PM.
At first, I have contacted the support executive by chat option available.Ashish is the name of the executive, and he gave me confirmation that the product would be delivered before 8PM.I have tried to connect him at 7:35PM but he did not responded.Then I have taken the phone number +91-[protected] from website and tried to reach the executives.My waiting list eventually came to 1 from 3 and since then no one is picking up the phone.So I have taken another number in email +91-[protected] but it is not reachable.I have also dropped a mail to them( [protected]@indiacakes.co.in).
I need my money to be refunded.I have paid Rs.499

I have ordered 1st cake from IndiaCakes.com on 27thApr, Order number: 607045 (rs 600) cake was not delivered and when I have asked for refund, they have shared the coupon(rs 600) to buy the cake again. 2nd time I have ordered on 11thMay, order number: 608854, they have asked to pay another rs250 extra to deliver the order. As I have ordered only for Rs500 cake out of rs600 coupon. I have sent multiple reminder mails and called Customer care (CC) to explain the same, moreover no reply and no call back. Finaly was able to connect the CC next day and they promissed/commit if I pay addtional amount Rs150, they will deliver the cake by same day (i.e. 12thMay) and alos given the new order number: 608854-1, I have paid the amount rs150 immediately, cake is not yet delivered (its more then 40 days now). If I will call they are not giving proper response, if ask anything they will disconnect the call immediately. I never see the worst service like this from any of the other service provider.

Note: I didn't received the cake and not get the refund of my paid amount (rs 750) even after 40 days from order date. Can you please look into it and help to get my money back.

I ordered a cake on 18 jun which was supposed to be delivered by 19 jun. The next day, they demanded another rs 400 for the delivery at the place. I paid the amount and hence i paid a total of 894 rs to buy half kg cake but even after that the cake is not yet delivered. I am unable to reach the complaint cell via contact numbers that they have provided neither am getting any response for the e mails. This is a complete and clear fraud. Please do needful and solve the issue.

I have spoke to customer care they are very worst fellow and did not speaking and online chat also worst. One of the thirdclass and thirdgraded company I have never seen. Can you please do not encourage this kind of companies in India. As every one will be suffered

I have ordered a cake on 20th June and paid 449 amount and after that I get another message to pay another 150 rs I paid it too but now when I call back they are not responded.it is unexpected and annoying.
