I paid 690 ruppess you cheat...

Ordered cake from india cakes, first delivery not done, when asked they said the reason is covid situation and lock down problem, they given me voucher for same amount after lot of followup, then again using the voucher and additional amount for delivery ordered the cake again it was not delivered, called them, online chat, they are not responding or giving any reason for not delivering.

It seems India cake is doing online...

I have ordered 1st cake from IndiaCakes.com on 27thApr, Order number: 607045 (rs 600) cake was not delivered and when I have asked for refund, they have shared the coupon(rs 600) to buy the cake again. 2nd time I have ordered on 11thMay, order number: 608854, they have asked to pay another rs250 extra to deliver the order. I ordered a cake on 18 jun which was supposed to be delivered by 19 jun. The next day, they demanded another rs 400 for the delivery at the place. I paid the amount and hence i paid a total of 894 rs to buy half kg cake but even after that the cake is not yet delivered. I have spoke to customer care they are very worst fellow and did not speaking and online chat also worst. One of the thirdclass and thirdgraded company I have never seen. Can you please do not encourage this kind of companies in India. As every one will be suffered...

I have ordered a cake on 20th June and paid 449 amount and after that I get another message to pay another 150 rs I paid it too but now when I call back they are not responded.it is unexpected and annoying.
Please look into the issue and refund my money back....

I have ordered cake on 20/6/2021 for Rs 449 and I paid via UPI after that I get the message plz pay Rs pay 150 your delivery is on hold. I paid it too and I have call back but there is no responses from their side it is very unexpected and annoying..

First of all I ordered a combo pack with a half kg Chocolate photo cake with priority delivery charges all together, but later I received an email stating to pay for additional delivery charges (100 INR which I have paid).

I asked them to refund but they are saying they will give only coupon code but i want refund against original payment method.I don't want an IndiaCakes coupon. There is no turning back to IndiaCakes.

I placed the order for a birthday cake, today it was to be delivered but I didn't receive it.
After continuous mail and call to the customer care there is update regarding the same.
After placing the order I got more for extra delivery charges but still I didn't receive the order....

As its one if the fraud website with very poor rating of 1 on Playstore.I have cancelled my order as they were asking for more money.After cancellation also they are not willing to refund the money nor they ever reply to any mail.soon m planning for legal action them....
