My first point is why there is a need for you people to accept orders before hand and later give reasons telling ma'am or sir, there is lockdown in your place and we couldn't deliver? I called up at 11 am on 1/5/2021 to the customer service of India cakes . Asked them whether there is delivery possible to my place. And they said" yes., go ahead order on the website sir". I placed an order. They collected an additional fee of Rs. 150 for delivery before 2 pm on the same day. Cool. But again after an hour I get an email asking additional 100 Rs. Ok done. Paid. But for what fun? Ultimately at end of the day they say we can't deliver today because there is lockdown in your place? My question is why accept orders then ? Birthday is a one day event. You can't celebrate It for a week right ? So ridiculous and moreover the customer service girl cuts your call in between. So what is the whole point of having a Helpline number then? I don't know, but this to Respected manger of India cakes, please look into such issues. It's customer service first and then money . We don't have all day for all these issues. We trust you. And it's very bad when you people don't prove it worth. Atleast stop taking orders or inform prior that ordered can't be delivered on same day. Money is important. But not at the cost of customer satisfaction.

I am professional lawyer and file a complain of forgery if the same is not delivered in 24 hours.

I orderd a birthe day cake from IndiaCakes.com on 26/04/2021 and the same day delivery, however, they did ot deliver the same and did not even bother to inform me.

Now I canceld the order and initiated for refund, but it does not seem they are interested to entertain me.

Please take necesary legal action against as I am not the only victim, there are lot of other bad reviews about this company.

Order Not Delivered after multiple follow ups. No clarity in the status of the order.

As this was a very personal occasion and during Covid I could not be part of celebration with my sister, I had ordered this cake. This has caused immense dissatisfaction and hence I am raising this complaint.

It was not mentioned during the time of payment. I refused for it. I approached their customer care support there is no proper response. I have mailed them there is no response. This fraud they are doing to many customers.

I have booked one cake of Rs1035 from Indiacakes on 11th April 2021. They told me to deliver it on 14th April for my child's birthday.I have paid the money through online as they had no COD facilities. I called them repeated times that R they sure?But they couldn't deliver it on 14th April.I called them multiple times and they assured me that the cake will be delivered on time till 7.30 pm.But we waited upto 7.30.Noboday has came nor they informed me about the non-delivery .when I called them their voice msg repeated that nobody is there after office hours.They spoiled my whole day as not giving the cake. The next day when I called them they told me to refund my money Till then they sent me one coupon code saying you can avail the cake next time with the coupon code.But I don't need any cake in future.so I mailed them continuously for my refund as I don't need any cake on future.They fault is totally from their end.And now they are not refunding my money Pls look into this matter otherwise in future they will cheat more people in this same.Totally Cheated me.

I ordered a butterscotch cake for my sister's b'day and I received an unordered strawberry cake, which wasn't worth to be called as such. We paid Rs.200 additional as delivery charges along with the charges of the cake Rs.545. After the delivery, we called a lot, but no response, which is not at all appreciated from Cake India. After several attempts, we got a reply as the delivery boy met with an accident and so they had to change the cake, without informing us. If they themselves had to do this, then why do we get an option to make selection.

They ruined the whole day. Really feeling bad.
It's our right to get compensated for the mistake from the other party (India cake) as early as possible. Attaching a pic of what had to be delivered and what we received.

I was charged for the order and was for delivery on 10th April but the order is not received at all... when i tried to contact via phone and chat, I didn’t get a proper response even after multiple calls and messages...
I am very much concerned and disappointed & want the refund of my order immediately...

Looting Buggers. This people are hiring some third part company to make their ratings high and cheating the people with their false reviews.

Trusting their reviews I spent almost 2000 INR to buy a cake and flowers bookay and sent as a gift. I really embarresed with what they sent. They tie up with some cheap cake bakery's and sending expired cakes which is worst in taste, smell bad and quality.

I ordered cake yesterday which is supposed to be delivered today. Till 6.50 I was continuosly contacting customer care. They told I will get before 7 pm. But I didnt received anything. The support desk closes at 7 pm. No response after that. Don't they feel ashamed of this. Money stealers.
