I ordered a cake from your website indiacakes.com on 31/03/2021.This is my order id 604916 and my delevary date was on 31/03/2021. And also I paid extra delivery charge. But cake never delivered also I didn't get further updation. Please kindly refund my money....

Looting Buggers. This people are hiring some third part company to make their ratings high and cheating the people with their false reviews.

Trusting their reviews I spent almost 2000 INR to buy a cake and flowers bookay and sent as a gift. I really embarresed with what they sent. They tie up with some cheap cake bakery's and sending expired cakes which is worst in taste, smell bad and quality.

I ordered cake yesterday which is supposed to be delivered today. Till 6.50 I was continuosly contacting customer care. They told I will get before 7 pm. But I didnt received anything. The support desk closes at 7 pm. No response after that. Don't they feel ashamed of this. Money stealers....

I made this order on 27 March 10pm india time and I chose the cake they provided under same day delivery. There was an option for paying Rs 250 for delivering the cake ASAP before 2pm on 28 March. I paid for that also. After all these on 28 March after few times talking to the customer care team, I got an email for paying additional Rs 200 as delivery charges. As I needed the cake desperately delivered on time I immediately made the payment....

One of the poorest online services I have ever come across. These guys are a bunch of fraudsters. I placed an order on Feb 19 2021, they were unable to deliver it. They gave me a coupon for the amount I paid as they refused refund. I again placed an order
