I have made a transaction on 3rd september on this below website,

I was informed that the order wil be delivered before 2 PM on the same day or atleast at the earliest but it is not happened nor attending the phone call.

No product was delivered as per the order .

I would request to refund the amount i have paid as per below trasnaction referrence,

I have made an order of a cake and the order no is this 22105210. They have taken extra delivery charges but didn’t deliver the order yet. I made it on 28 Aug which was supposed to reach next day, but its 1 Sep, I didn’t get any response from their side even they are not picking.

This order was given on 22nd August with 2 quantity cakes...next day I had received only 1 cake at @2:30pm after that t I logged a complaint to customer care according to her waited till 7 pm it's coming. but unfortunately, it was not coming then next I had an again call then she told me to wait for today I sent a cake but I did not agree because that birthday was gone then why did I take it then that time I told her please refund my money then she told to me ok please sent an email then that time I had to send an email 3 days before till now no any reply from there or even not reply on live chat and their phone is busy mode so please resolve my issue.

My order number is 22105185, i have ordered a cake along with additional 275 for delivery but the cake is not delivered. The customer service is not responding or returing any calls . Please help

I had order a cake on 14 Aug 2023 and paid ₹518.81 and they insured me that they will deliver it next day on time. But on next day I received a mail from Roseline asking 275 delivery charge because as per them delivery place is far from their center.
First of all they should have cleared that before the payment. They mailed me so next day. Now I want my money back immediately and warned everyone before ordering from IndiaCake.com
Would also request government to take action against such cyber fraud.

Ordered cake and flowers for husband on 5 August to get delivered on 6 August. Paid 920/-.next day they asked for 250/- for delivery charges. I paid again. But still no order delivered. No call oe message or mail assistance. Next day when i followed up, they said because the delivery place was far so they could not deliver, when i asked for refund customer support executive started screaming on me. In the name of refund they give you a coupon which they say will get in 4-10 days. NEVER EVER MAKE ORDERS FROM INDIACAKES, ITS A SCAM. order #22104364.

I placed an order on July 29, 2023 with order no.#22104055, for my relative's birthday on July 29, 2023. However, after I had already made the payment, I was informed that an extra delivery charge of Rs 275/- was required. I decided to go ahead and pay the additional charge. Unfortunately, despite paying the extra fee, IndiaCakes failed to deliver the cake on the scheduled date. They do not refund the amount, instead give some coupons to be used in future.Their Customer services is so irresponsible and rude.They do not reply to the queries promptly.

Your company do not any from me cancel or not and my money was not returned and any information not given to me. You are sending my money within 24 hours, if do not deposit otherwise I complaint and filed a consumer court.

Firstly, I placed an order on June 11, 2023, for my wife's birthday on June 12, 2023. However, after I had already made the payment, I was informed that an extra delivery charge of Rs 150/- was required. Although this was frustrating, I decided to go ahead and pay the additional charge. Unfortunately, despite paying the extra fee, IndiaCakes failed to deliver the cake on the scheduled date. This ruined my wife's birthday surprise and left me extremely dissatisfied.

As a remedy for their mistake, they provided me with a discount coupon that was supposedly valid for one year. Thinking that this was a one-time error, I decided to give IndiaCakes another chance. I placed a second order using the discount coupon on June 26, 2023, for my niece's birthday on June 30, 2023. Once again, to my dismay, they failed to deliver the cake as promised. To add insult to injury, I had already paid Rs 36.65 for this order, and yet they still couldn't manage to fulfill their obligation.

My amount is still not refunded after cancelling the order.

The order was not delivered and when called the customer care the lady spoke so rude, there was no APOLOGY at all. When asked about it she said WE WILL CANCEL AND REFUND, CUTS THE CALL ABRUPTLY.

I have ordered a cake for Rs.1115 and an extra delivery charge of Rs.275 with the order number 22102280. In the first place, order was not delivered and they are not ready to give the refund. They say that there policy is to give only their coupon and not refund. Customer care agents are just disconnecting the call each time. Because of them, a special occasion is spoiled and caused trauma to everyone in the family. What should I do with the coupon when they cannot deliver the products? They cannot deliver it on any other day as well.

I placed an order for cake on 16th June and paid 1050 Rs which includes 250 Rs for immediate delivery and paid SGST + CGST charges as well.

No cake was delivered on 16th June and got a call and mail from India cakes that i have to 150Rs extra for delivery.

I spoke to their customer care executive, she informed me that order is processed and they cannot cancel it and i have to pay 150 Rs extra. I tried explaining her that cakes requested is for 16th June and the occasion for which I had ordered cake is already over and I do not need the cake anymore. if you cannot deliver the cake on the same day either you should not accept the order or atleast make a courtesy call to your customers to update the status of the order.

Do not fool your customers and steal money from them when you cannot provide the services you are promising for.

I called / mailed india cakes and I am feeling helpless. No support provided by them. Very very bad experience.

My Order No 22101555 was for a birthday cake for my niece on[protected] and i paid amount (Rs 523.95) online on[protected].
Not only was the order not delivered, I did not get any response from the customer care number which I called multiple times on 4TH June 2023.
The next day, they inform me that I need to pay Rs 275 extra as delivery charges which was not mentioned in the invoice given to me. The customercare was not apolegetic and was rather rude in her behavour over the phone.I had requested for a refund of the money which I had paid on line.After 15 days, the customercare has issued me a coupon which I do not want as I donot want to do any transactions with indiacakes due to their pathetic service..Kindlytake steps to refund my money

No update was provided on 12th June when the cake and flowers were supposed to be delivered. If it was not possible to complete the order then they could have responded on same day and refunded the money.
Instead, I was asked for extra delivery charges of 275rs on day after the expected delivery. I sent a mail to cancel the order as it was already late and irrelevant.
Still, without any update to me, they sent a cake to the expected location. I consider this as fraud because I paid money for cake + flowers whereas only cake got delivered

This is with reference to my order no 22100713 where On 14th May, 2023 i had ordered a cake online to be delivered to my son-in-law at Gurgaon.The order was confirmed and payment made. I went back to work. Later in the afternoon I came to know that the order was not delivered. I checked my mail to find that Rs 250 more was being demanded. Since i needed the cake to be delivered and was left with no option, I chose to pay the amount around 3 pm. But still the order was not delivered even the next day and no calls were made.
This was the second time I was cheated by Indiacakes. Earlier it happened on 10th December when i had to cancel the order and received a coupon. But since they are not committed to delivery and have failed me more than once I demand a full refund in the original mode of payment and not any coupon.
I, therefore, request a redressal from the consumer court. All the proofs of payment and order confirmation will be provided if required.
Your prompt action is solicited here to restore the faith o[censored]mpteen customers in a great brand as yours.

We had ordered a cake on this platform but however without notice they have the delivered the cake on respective time then I manually checked in there chat support then the agent stated has I need to pay extra charges for a delivery really pathetic service and disappointed such kind of service.

I lost my money they can't able to refund itseems.

Kindly please suggest me on this .
