My biggest mistake ordering them..they charged extra 150 later for delivery and evening telling delivery not possible..around 2000rs. i request indian government these thieves should be put behind bars and site should be blocked. our hard earned stolen from indiacakes....

I had order cake from IndiaCakes.com for the birthday on 05.06.22 which was on Sunday. I haven't received any mail regarding the tracking or if it had delivered or not. When I try contacting the customer care. It was an auto regenerated voice that stated we will be available only from 10 am to 7pm from Monday to Saturday. I tired to send mail But no response . We placed order on 25/05/2022 11:20 AM. They have charged total of Rs. 965/-(First Rs 840/- and then charged extra Rs 125/- saying it is village) They told the order will receive at 7:30 PM. But the chat box and the contact numbers are unresponsive after 7 PM.
