I have ordered one cake RS 500, after that charg 300 for extra charge for delivery, they i have paid, after that they not picking and call and not delivered my cake, i have read many review for the same, please do the needful they not picking up any call and not refunded any amount

Pathetic customer service and agent ask to block customer if order is not delivered. I started live chat to confirm whether cake will be delivered on particular address with their support agent, they said it will be delivered and after that I got call from India cake they also assured to delivery the cake. Then I ordered choco truffle cake for Rs. 832.50 ( with extra charges to deliver before 2 pm) on 14 July 2022 to be delivered on 15 July 2022.
On 15.07.2022 I had chat with their agents more than 8 times and they were just saying it will be delivered by 2 pm, then 4 pm, then they start saying before 7 pm and they were having no idea where my order was. After several calls and chat around 7'o clock i got the call and the lady was talking very rudely and i asked her to tell me about the vendor or delivery agent contact they denied.
But vendor was good he called and said we are here for service but he can't deliver this late will deliver next day i.e 16.07.2022. I asked him the process to cancel, do he said he don't know the process. I called but no one receive after 7:00 Pm not agent available for live chat.
On 16.07.2022 vendor said if he get confirmation mail to deliver then he will deliver it. I called customer support center they were so rude they cut the call between conversation without giving proper reply and after that calling repeatedly no one was receiving the call, then I again called the vendor, on my continue request he called the company and I was on conference,
Vendor : why you are not responding calls of ... Number
Agent : no call is coming
Vendor: she is calling you repeatedly or give me confirmation to deliver
Agent : I asked you to block her na, do that
Vendor : call her
Agent: our policy don't allow to call customer, she should call we will respond
Vendor : ok I ask her to call you, can I give your number to reach
Agent : No ask her to call on customer service number

After that I called customer service number and they receive and said order is already delivered and hanged. I called vendor uncle and he said he will deliver it to the mentioned address, which he did but cake i ordered was not delivered.

Ordered a surprise cake for my Nephew, I paid extra for delivery as they sent an email after placing the initial order saying delivery will cost more…
Cake was supposed to have been delivered on the 10th of July and 12th July still nothing has been delivered… their live chat colleagues have no idea what is going on… one is saying delay is due to heavy Rain, other is saying franchise is not accepting orders the email says it’s due to ‘Eid well unfortunately the Rain season started few weeks ago so we know it’s going to be Raining and the cake was ordered for ‘Eid so clearly it’s going to be a busy period of your are genuine cake merchants you would know these things already…
I asked for a refund I don’t want a Coupon as I don’t want to order from merchants with bad unreliable service…

I had ordered a cake on 30th of may they charged extra 275 for delivery and never delivered, now when i called they says they will keep that money and cant deliver the item, customer service is pathetic, they will disconnect the call if they dont have answers for your queries so rude and pathetic way of communication. No refund only gift cards and that too cant be used in most of the locations, i would rather call them scammers instead of ecommerce.
i called them about 25+ times and they keep on attending and disconnect the call soon.

Indiacakes is a scam website. I ordered a cake for my dad's birthday and paid additional fees for the fast delivery. They didn't deliver the order and didn't respond to calls and emails. They didn't give the money back also. It is the worst website. It's totally fake website. If anyone experienced the same thing please post reviews otherwise these guys continue this type of scams.

There are extra hidden charges that are shared after we place the order and pay. After completing the order and payment, they send another email with extra charges and keep your order on hold until you pay those charges.
Customer service is pathetic and uneducated. The Track link does not work that is shared in the confirmation email. It is a fraud website and should be banned

I ordered cake on 4th May 22 and reply was cake couldn't be delivered . And when I enquired amount amou t they informed that they will be providing coupon which can be used in next order.
I used this coupon and ordered cake on 18th June 2022 and again they reply as cake could not be delivered for order No 1734042

Fraud company and worst service cheating people in the name of delivering cakes.

I don't need any coupons .
I need my amount refund which is around Rs.800

I placed an order (birthday cake to my wife) at indiacake.com and Also paid for midnight delivery (11.55 am) extra 250rs. Fortunately, for the receiver, I gave my number. Around 8:30 pm delivery boy called me for the location, I ask the delivery person where is the cake from. The delivery guy said we aren’t coming from that company directly. We are only intermediate. That website paid money to us, we go to bakery, order cake, & delivered to the address. The delivery guy mentioned that’s shop was too local. (Don’t want to mention that shop). It’s ridiculous. Delivery boy doesn't matter here. Why I choose this site, they prepare cake freshly &’ll be delivered correct timing right?? But everything collapsed. That site is not making cakes, they are simply placing different types of (impressing) cake photos only. Useless. My wife didn't say anything about cake on the same day.
Becoz I'll be upset. The next day only she asked for payment for everything then only she told, the cake wasn't good. It's completely dry &old. It's like hard cream bread. No one like to give this to anyone. Becoz I trust indiacake.com only. They r responsible. Here am not bothered about that bakery & also the delivery boy. The fraud is a website only. Money waste, time waste, upset only. I do need the money back or whatever. Don’t trust this site for ur special occasion becoz they spoil your good mood and day.& also money. I won’t give even 0 ratings. Useless, cheaters.

I've placed an order for cake delivery at night time between 9pm and 11.55pm. The wasn't delivered, the tracking wasn't working and the delivery person never called me. They are also not refunding. No response from customer care as well. Please find the order details below

I placed order on 8 june to get the cake deliver for 9 June, initially it said no delivery charges next day they asked for extra rs 275 for delivery, I paid that. Than no contact from them, i tried calling no one recived the calls I kept emailing no response, next day I checked webiste for my order than someone spoke on chat, she was very rude. Than tsh said somene wmet to deliber but no body picked the call so asle dher to give me numner what number they were callinv and from which number so I can check, so she said its not your problem, I was like what??, than somwhow it identified that number they have was a mistake in the last digit so I gave her correct numner and asked to deliber it today on 10june atleast. My family waited all daybut no body went to deliverand no message from company about the status, again nor reponse on emails, it seema fraud to me.. beware about this company do not lace your order.

I ordered a half kg strawberry cake the worth of Rs. 1200/-and Rs. 150/- one the occasion of Birthday, they accept orderd successfully but on the day i called many times but they don't respond after several times they called that they are not able to deliver that product on the location (when the location was in city) and when i was calling to giving numbers they cut my calls after asked that WHY ? they cut calls that time (10-15Times) when i asked about the refund they said that they send a coupon not a refund according to their policy but their policies also be to inform about coustom product at every stap and if they do not able to deliver that time also duty of their to inform about incompetence timely
Due to expect @indiacake my day was spoil totally.

My biggest mistake ordering them..they charged extra 150 later for delivery and evening telling delivery not possible..around 2000rs. i request indian government these thieves should be put behind bars and site should be blocked. our hard earned stolen from indiacakes.

It showed that they can deliver the product to the receiving pincode, however they called again and said that the location being far I need to pay extra ₹150/-. I did it. Even on several
Follow ups (which as not easy at all), the product was not delivered. I asked them to refund, but they refuse to do so, saying they will give some coupon ( which I don’t want since I am not sure if it will work too, and also after reading several similar complaints against this company).

I request this good office to urgently look into this matter and help not only me in getting back my cheated money but also preventing several other innocent buyers from falling into this fraud company’s hand.

I had order cake from IndiaCakes.com for the birthday on 05.06.22 which was on Sunday. I haven't received any mail regarding the tracking or if it had delivered or not. When I try contacting the customer care. It was an auto regenerated voice that stated we will be available only from 10 am to 7pm from Monday to Saturday. I tired to send mail But no response . The cake which I order costs around 499 with few offers I bought it for 471.56.

I have ordered a choclate cake on 25 May 22 on my Wedding day and for delivering the cake they were asking extra 150/- for the delivery charges. I did not give, neither they have deliver the cake . if i ask for refund they ask me to contact cake shop and they dont care also. then someone say refund only form of coupen code.please help to get my refund.

I had ordered an anniversary combo amounting to ₹900/- on which they have a concession of ₹50/- so I’ve paid an amount of ₹850/- for the same. However not only have they not delivered the cake & flowers, the next day they’ve asked for a further payment of ₹250/- saying the delivery is far off from their location. I had asked them to refund the amount I’ve paid but so far they haven’t done so. On contacting frequently on the telephone they keep saying that they’d send mail & give coupon code ( don’t know what that means)

While order placed no delivery charges shown zero. Later they Asked for additional 275 rupees as delivery charge for 515 rs product. They not delivered or returned the money. Alternatively told them to deliver in Palava City but Surprise to hear Palava City also out of city.
