I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I am facing with my recent top-up transactions on your platform. Despite making **two successful payments**, the diamonds have **not been credited** to my Free Fire account. This is causing significant inconvenience as I rely on timely delivery of diamonds for in-game activities.

- **Amount:** ₹299
Both transactions show **SUCCESS** in my UPI / bank history. However, the diamonds have still **not been credited** to my account. I have also restarted the game multiple times and ensured that my UID is correct. Despite this, the problem persists.
**Request:**
I kindly request you to **investigate both transactions urgently** and credit the corresponding diamonds to my Free Fire account as soon as possible. I have attached **screenshots of both payments** for your reference.
Please confirm receipt of this complaint and provide a timeline for resolution. Your prompt action will be highly appreciated.
