[protected]@ICICI Upi — requesting refund | |
Sir/madam, I tried to recharge my jio phone number via the bhim app ([protected]@upi) through [protected]@icici upi on 13th september 2017, 4:22 pm. The money was deducted from my bank account, however, it hasn't reached jio. I contacted the jio customer care and they confirmed that they haven't received the money. I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction. Please refund the money back to my account. Else, i'll have to lodge a formal complaint to the consumer court. On date 13nov 2017 around 3.00am I make to recharge my Jio number from upi using BHIM app of rs 399,
And I successfully fully paid money from bhim app and its show successfully approve money rs 399 to [protected]@icic.
But my Jio didn't get recharge and show unsuccessful payment .
I got massage from my bank that rs399 debited from my account .
But after waiting 15 hours I seems that I didn't get my Jio recharge or not money refunded to my bank, so plz sort out this problem immediately that is my request you.

Sir I have done recharge on 21 April, 2018 on my jio no.[protected] via Upi on my jio app of ₹349. The money was deducted and taken by "[protected]@icici " but no recharge was there shown and no msg was received of recharge done.
Jio customer care also responded in negative as they said that we have no money received so we cannot take action.
