Today(i.e 4 Aug 22) when we had called that concern person, So he was saying that he is also manufacturer of ASRS and by mistake he has posted the inquiry on Indiamart, he don't have such kind of inquiry. We have that entire call recording with us.

When We had complaint about this to Indiamart Customer care, they were saying this is not customer care issue, please give complaint to buylead department, So i had mailed to buylead department, So Just now I got mail from them single buylead reversal policy is not possible . it is against our policy, Now they were giving some childish reason. If it is not possible to reimburse the single buylead if it is wrong buy lead then why are they selling it in single piece then ?
