IndiaMart — Account got deactivated with no proper reason | |
We have received a mail from indiamart stating my account got de-activated. But there was no reason for that. So i called the customer care for finding the reason but they asked me to send the KYC Documents to [protected]@indiamart.com. so i have sent all the neccessary doucments as they requested. After that no response from them. so i called the customer care again but they said i will receive a call from the higher official.But no reply from the past 1 week. So i visited the local branch office . Met the branch manager and described the issue but he said that he will raise a ticket from his side and get the details . But after two days i called him for the status and he answered that the ticket has closed with no reply. Finally they replied the mail after many calls and emails saying my company is into fraud activity and looted money from a buyer with the buyer contacts. so we called that buyer to get the details. But the buyer dont know our company and our name itself. He is saying that i paid the money to a company in hyderabad and the company name he mentioned as true vision. which is not at all related to my company. But Indiamart saying that we are linked with that fraud company. We made a conference call also with the buyer and indiamart person.But still of no use. I cant understand without proper evidance how this people blocking one account . Buyer Details: Buyer Name:Gunasekar Buyer Mobile:[protected] Product:SMART LED TV Amount :RS 179400 Buyer Email:[protected]@gmail.com Issue:Advance Paid But Product Not Delivered. So i googled for the truevision company for any clue. To my surprise in there website there was some details mentioned that one person named sidharth is using truevision name and looting money through indiamart . https://truvison.com/products/led-tv/ https://www.facebook.com/truvison/posts/[protected] It has been brought to our notice that certain miscreants have wrongfully and illegally used our brand's goodwill to fleece susceptible individuals. They have scammed people into believing that our brand is providing televisions at unreasonable and unbelievable prices through WhatsApp and IndiaMART as their medium of notification. They got people to transfer money to their fraudulently created bank accounts. The name used by the fraudsters is - Siddharth Sharma The phone number used by him is[protected] Please do not fall prey to their false promises, if you get any such messages or calls regarding the same, please verify it through our authorised representative on this number - [protected]. We have and are also in process of taking the most stringent action against these scammers and we will leave no stone unturned to get them behind bars. Apologies for the inconvenience caused." "As stated earlier, As per our internal compliance report, we can not activate your account. This compliance check is internal to Indiamart only." ECS also debited last month and services also deactivated. I need to reactivate my account or i need my money with the proper reason. I want to know whether somebody is misusing my company details.
