IndiaMart — advance money not refunded by the seller

This is regarding ticket id 3494309 raised by indiamart for the complaint against the cheating done by the seller with me (Buyer). This regarding one of the certified seller registered on indiamart. Which indiamart forwarded to me for my requirement gym equipment. The firm name is muskan sports and nand sports jalandar punjab. Mr praveen kumar from nand sports took advance of rs5000/- for making gym equipment and committed me to provide the same with in 4 days but even after 20 days he was unable to provide me the same product. The order was given on 24 nov 2019. On 20 dec he refused me saying that he doesnt have time he will refund my money on 15 th january. On calling him on 15 th january he denied and threatened me. Now indiamart who is responsible for providing me the contact number of the seller is unable to provide the solution. Request you to kindly resolve the issue. Also indiamart should take strict action against such sellers who give life threat to there customer.
